Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Bowl-M-Over. We value your business and want to provide clarity about how refunds are handled for reservations, events, and services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

  • All reservations, event bookings, and lane rentals are subject to this Refund Policy.

  • Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the conditions listed below.

  • Certain promotional or discounted reservations may be non-refundable and will be noted at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations by Customer

  • Standard Reservations (lanes, open play): Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling credit.

  • Group Events & Parties: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of part or all of the deposit.

  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled reservation without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellations by Bowl-M-Over

In the rare event that Bowl-M-Over must cancel a reservation (due to maintenance, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances), customers will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Bowl-M-Over is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Food and beverage purchases are non-refundable once served or prepared.

6. Weather-Related Cancellations

If severe weather or conditions beyond our control prevent Bowl-M-Over from operating, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
